Essential Qualification & Experience:
- University education in the discipline of Classical Languages
- 3 years’ pedagogical/academic work experience
- Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Classical Languages
- sufficient publication activity in the discipline
- experience of preparing editions of Latin texts
- competence in the field of antique, medieval Latin and early modern literature and cultural history of Antiquity and the Middle Ages
- prerequisites for further pedagogical and academic-research advancement (e.g. commencement of habilitation process within the foreseeable future)
- experience of research projects
